Liam McSherry is a 19 year old serial founder, and passionate builder of companies that have an impact on the healthcare system. He has won awards @ Ireland's National Science fair competition in 2020 & 2021, for his projects exploring how Electroencephalography data can be used to improve AI powered mental health bots, as well as investigating and implementing new healthcare modelling techniques to predict the onset of certain medical conditions. For his research, he has collaborated with researchers from throughout the UK & Ireland and was one of 30 award winners, chosen from over 1500+ BTYSTE exhibitionists to take part in an annual national research commercialisation program at Nova UCD.

In 2021, Liam was a selected participant from over a hundred applicants at Patch, a national summer accelerator program for ambitious 16 to 21 year olds, on account of his business awards from both Irelands Student Enterprise Program as well as UCCs Blackstone Launchpad summer program. He has interned in Marketing & Communications at both Onward Development and the Activist Handbook, and is now an Entrance Scholar & First-year Undergraduate Business student @ Maynooth University.
